They talk in circles and are aggressive in nature. It is not easy to contact them . When they do respond , it is your work email, or your personal email or a text. It is never the same place...so you end up scrambling to find important Information. If you talk to a live person, you get one story one time and a different story another time. The claims adjuster has no medical background , yet they are making a determination on approval.
It is shameful that corporations put their employees through this. When you are very ill and feel terrible and are going through tests, scans , and all the stuff..then you deal with this attitude...It only adds stress, which I guess is the goal of Sedgwick. Nightmare!!
