Our vehicle was taken into tire Kingdom on April
18 to prepare for a trip to Baltimore Maryland.
Two new tires and complete rotation oil change
etc. to make sure that the vehicle is safe. June 24
while driving down the hill in Baltimore, the front
left tire started shaking and ripped off the car.
Yes, the tire CAME OFF. Luckily, no harm to the
occupants. $2000 later, With the Mazda
dealership stating that the lug nuts were not
torqued to the correct specifications…..Tire
Kimgdoms insurance SEDGWICK DENIED
responsibility and reimbursement. This is a tire
company. They specialize in tires. The tire came
off! Apparently that service person skipped class
on lug nut day. Between the "service" and the
accident, we are out over $2000. Over TWO
THOUSAND DOLLLARS
