Is there anything less than a 1 star rating?
They are the providers for Canadian Tire Petroleum division - whose car wash malfunctioned and damaged my vehicle.
The adjuster does not respond to emails, does not explain anything and expects you to do all of the legwork in obtaining quotes.
4 weeks post damage - and zero answers. Had an 'acting' supervisor call me to give me her bologna corporate speech.
Worst customer service ever.
