I'm a State Of Minnesota Employee and my personal vehicle was damaged in the employee parking lot by State of Minnesota owned and operated snow removal equipment. The State is self insured and Sedgwick is the claims adjuster. In this case, Sedgwick has not been timely or responsive. Ultimately, I'm confident that the claim will be resolved. But the amount of time and effort on my part is entirely unacceptable.
