Terri is very combative and unhelpful. She made a point to say she's been doing this for 25 years while yelling over me. Being yelled at by an employee from Sedgwick who is supposed to be helpful was interesting. Best advice i can give is don't get hurt. You ont want ot have to deal with these people.
