This company is used for disability by my employer. They are horrible. Never talked to the same person twice, very difficult to understand. They are never satisfied with paperwork submitted, takes an hour to reach a person. They are very rude, and you have no one in upper management to speak with. The frustration with them is so great, you get to the point you don’t care if you get paid. That can only be the reason employers use them
, hoping you give up trying to get paid. I haven’t seen any positive reviews for this company.
