This company is obviously purposely run to drive (injured/ill) customers completely insane.
There are zero ethics being put into this company, and Amazon should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to use Sedgewick.
The employees we dealt with at Sedgewick either believe the lies they told us, or they're evil.
It's a total mind f*ck to deal with them on any level.
