My name is Mrs. Thompson, I'm a 59 year old who has worked since I was 14 years old and never had to file a claim for Disability before. But on 6/3/23, in the early evening this past Saturday at about 1:20 pm, I was on the phone with a lovely lady name Diwana, I hope I got her name right because she went above and beyond to help me file a "Short Term Disability Claim" We had almost finished up when the call disconnected, I prayed I gave her enough information for her to call back but I still decided I'd call back anyway. While I tried to call back knowing that I may have to go through it all again, Diwana calls me back! Thank you Jesus! Anyway, for you company to have someone like her, that would go beyond the call of what she had to do was amazing and she should be well honored for this, commended for her courteous polite attitude and patient manner.
