Representative was agressive, not wanting to help. Was an extremely difficult process and still haven’t been reimbursed. The insurance cards for prescriptions didn’t work at a major pharmacy. I believe that may be deliberate. They don’t want to pay. Have lost tons because of someone else’s negligence.
Don’t recommend this company at all.
