Sedgwick is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. Zero customer service and zero communication. After using long term disability through Sedgwick, I believe I would have been better off without it. Forgot about ever talking to a human, there is no way to e mail your case manager and they NEVER return phone calls. But you can count on getting nasty threatening letters and e mails from them. BEWARE!!
