These people are are nothing but oxygen thieves. Be prepared to spend your time chasing ghosts. No calls returned from Claim Manager to Supervisor. I finally called WalGreens to let them know so they tried as well, guess what....? Sedgwick still didn't answer.....
This behavior only forces the injured to seek legal representation. Shameful!
