I've left my claims adjuster, messages. I've also left the case manager, messages.
They don't return any of my voicemails or calls. They later send me notices stating that they've tried contacting me. The one time they actually called me, they hung up and never called me back. They now have a 3rd party company in charge of calling you to follow up on your therapy/doctors appointments. That company's name is "One Call." They called me a month later to let me know my therapy sessions were approved a month ago. Terrible experience with both of these companies.
