Most of their insurance call representatives are rude and always drop the call even you are not yet finish with the concern. They should have proper training and etiquette when dealing with the call. No flexibility with their system and contacts. Some of the adjuster is very hard to contact. No return call and no email response, worst thing even the supervisor has no feedback so no one to escalate the issue.
