Initiated claim well before my surgery..very poor communication from them..everytime I thought I gave them all they needed would later learn they need more…just had major surgery and be off work 6 to 8 weeks…ask if they would like me to send pics of my incisions and catheter to prove I had surgery..no they want a 8 questionnaire filled out by my surgeon who’s 2 hours away
