This company is your absolute worst nightmare.
I’ve been working with a “Carol Stone” (CA license #2549023) for over a week trying to get a fender bender situation that happened to my car figured out. Anytime I try to ask her for more information to help the process go smoother, she either ignores me or just responds with a completely different answer, disregarding everything I’ve inquired about.
I hate that I have to go through this he’ll hole company. FTC should shut these people down.
