The insurance company denied my claim due to the fact I went to work the next day. They said that since I did that there was no proof of me getting injured even though Wal-Mart had video proof of the injury. I recommend people look into
who is the workman's comp insurance company for their employer. If it is sedgwick highly recommend you look somewhere else or be extremely careful. They will not help or take care of you. I think a letter to congress about this garbage insurance company is next.
