I wish I could give them zero stars due their incompetence My second claim check due today 12.01 was never paid Reason is that when I called on 11.8 and requested an extention the paperwork was never sent It was approved today But I have to wait until 12.15 for only 3 weeks What happened to week one And I cannot wait 2 more weeks and have I week withheld when it was not my fault Everytime you call them they put you into the case managers voice mail. And of course they never call back I am still waiting for a call back, either from a supervisor or the case manager as well And of course you cannot speak to anyone over the weekend What an ongoing nightmare I have never had a short term disabilty claim with Chase Too bad 5hey selected a D list company
