If I could give them a zero, I would.
My doctor submitted paperwork on 9/28. They denied the claim. My doctor resubmit the paperwork twice and it took over a month to be marked as received. The paperwork was submitted to appeals department 2 weeks go but, has not been assigned. They are not helpful and it's a call center. Also, information given is not consistent. 😡🤬
Who ever gave them a 5 was paid or work there.
