Just stating my condition: had an incident inside a bus, driver uses peppers prey, kicks me, tried to throw me, drag me off the bus unconscious. CAMERA FOOTAGE. Police, Ambulance arrive. Taken to the ER, hospital, have seizures, medications, epilepsy. Bus driver is charged aggravated assault by DA.
Is it worth accepting their offer? Or lawyer?
