Everything about this company is bad so I’m not surprised at their ratings. They were involved with a marine claim I had against my insurance company AIG. Not only was I dropped when I reported one claim but they denied my claim. They were late to respond to all correspondence, it was common place to have to email and call several times before getting the courtesy of a response. Anybody that uses AIG, Sedgwick or Kolisch Marine is basically just throwing their hard earned money away. Self insure ……. You will save money !
