These people give the run around. Can’t answer a direct question, it’s just a someone will get back to you. They already made a determination on my claim and never told me, I called a month later to figure out what was going on and they gave some lane excuse of it being a mix up; I signed the forms to get paid out and I don’t get a response to the question I asked which is when it will be paid out, whether it’s through email, the chat or by phone. It’s honestly annoying and tired of waiting.
