I submitted a claim to TRANSDEV NORTH AMERICA. third party SEDGWICK. (DECEMBER 22 2023). never received a notice nor a claim reference. Been trying to contact SEDGWICK. Finally, after a while, I was told that there was no record of my claim.
I was injured in an incident that resulted in hospitalization by an employee of TRANSDEV. City attorney / Video (company can proof that - they own it): Neither the company, nor SEDGWICK made any effort to contact me for over 4 months.
