Got injured on the job, taken out in an ambulance. Submitted everything. Need surgery for a bucket handle tear of my miniscus and was denied. They tried to say it would have happened eventually due to my age (55) Got a lawyer and went after these crooks.
Best advice to anyone dealing with them is get a lawyer right away
