The worst customer services I have ever experience. They are so rude and need constand chasing.
They made me an offer that was 1/3 the value of the 10 quotes I obtained indecently.
They told me I am not allowed to claim for matching items when I am.
My insurer would approve something and they would refuse it, even though I was eligable.
I have waited over 6 months for my claim to be sorted out and without a kitchen.
