They do not pay even if you are approved for workman's comp. They will not pay your medical bills, or reimburse you for things that you've had to purchase because they take their own sweet time getting you what you need. They are so neglectful that an individual was in a boot for almost 3 years and now her ankle is completely thrashed. They have not paid her mileage since February for medical, which is supposed to be paid. They have not done anything to help her and she ended up getting a lawyer and they are being sued. No company should use this company for the workman's comp claims because they don't care about anybody and even if they're court order to do something, they will not do it. And Rita Fowler is the worst.
