I would give zero stars if I could.
Since my spouse's company started using Sedgwick for FMLA, we've had nothing but extra stress added to our already stressful situation.
I would love to call out a specific person by name who's made our lives hell with their lies and run around for the past two years.
It takes a half hour to convince the person answering calls to let you even leave a message for a supervisor.
I don't think there really are supervisors. No one's doing their job
