I had a truly awful experience with Sedgwick Claims Management Services. They completely mishandled my small claim and used shady tactics to avoid paying what was owed. The entire process was a nightmare--from poor communication to constant delays, it was clear they were doing everything they could to find ways not to pay.
It's no surprise that large corporations work with them; they clearly have no interest in serving the people or fairly processing claims. It's all about protecting the bottom line and finding ways to avoid accountability. I'm extremely disappointed in their practices and will be warning others to stay far away.
Shame on them for how they operate.
