The assessor is taking so long to resolve the claim. After giving 4 estimates, he still wants to delay by contacting the contractor. The flat has been empty for 2 months, the tenants are not staying in a hotel as they could do… thereby saving a lot of money for the insurance company.
The service is diabolical.
