I honesty pray my organization stop using Sedgwick for FMLA and Short Term Disability, and I have placed in a complaint today and the labor board is next.
This organization/adjuster lacks the time frame for reviewing doctor paperwork, employer management approval emails, and pay vouchers, and leaving employees with missed pay hours, pay checks for weeks or a month (no to limit income).
Customers Rep’s are always confused and provide incorrect information.
Overall Horrible Service.
