I spoke to 3 reps today. The first one said they haven’t received the documents I sent via fax yesterday and told me to resend it. I said no, I paid 26 dollars to send those. When I said that I have the confirmation report, she said , wait a minute, “ yeah it’s here , all 12 pages”. Why deny when you haven’t even checked it yet.
Second rep, hang up on me. Third rep, was very nice . When we talked about the documents that I sent, she said they only received one page and it’s not “ LEGIBLE”. I told her that the representative before her confirmed that y’all received all 12 pages. And now you’re saying you only received one page? And how can it be not legible when it’s typewritten in bold letters!
On May 13, rep said they received the email of the restriction from the NP, and it came as 4 pages and it’s only half a page for all 4 pages. That’s also a lie, because the picture that my husband attached to the email is a full picture of the document. My is Sedgwick giving me a hard time ? I had a kidney transplant. If I go back to work on an untimely manner, and messed up my surgery, that would mean another another hospitalization, another out of pocket copay, and another missed days at work !! It will do more damage than waiting for the right time. Kidney transplant is once in a lifetime gift of life. This is not an ordinary removal of your gallbladder, appendix, or kidney stones. People wait for years and years to get a kidney. Once you have it, you take care of it . Added stress to me is when Sedgwick representatives lie to my face about not getting the documents needed so I can heal completely. Please tell your reps to have some sympathy and empathy for the employees or patients. I’m not playing with you all. My claims are legitimate and I hope you won’t get kidney failure so you won’t call Sedgwick and experience what I have experienced with y’all.
