Terrible company. PolicyExpert outsource to these. Reported fault at 7am with no hot water. Confirmed it met all criteria and assured me someone would be in touch. Chased at 4pm and told no contractors available in Suffolk until Tuesday. No apology or explanation for complete lack of communication and told to ring policy expert back.
