My son has been dealing with this company for a year this month. They don't return phone call, do not approve necessary procedures to correct the inquiry even when requested by the doctor. Sedgwi k does mot vwn respond to requests made by the lawyer. They continue to approve addictive pain medication rather than fix the problem. Frankly, I cannot believe Kroger would have such an unresponsive company providing service to their employees that have been hurt on the job.
