You would have better chance getting an audience with our Queen, or the pope, then speaking to anyone fron Serenata flowers.
The customer services is non existent and the delivery, and quality "hit and miss" to but it nicely.
NEVER, NEVER ordering flowers from these so-called florists agents again.
