Ordered Letterbox Flowers for my Mums Birthday
When they arrived the Box was very squashed
The Flowers inside were dry & limp
Left in water overnight they look drooped & pathetic
I also ordered a Birthday Card that cost me £3 something but NO card turns up
I am LIVID
NEVER again will I order from Serenata Flowers
They aren’t cheap either
