Never, ever again!!
I wish I had read all previous reviews before throwing away my money. Flowers ordered didn't turn up for my friends birthday. Serenata flowers think it's ok to reply and just say sorry! They said they cannot guarantee a specific delivery day to the postcode given!!! All the reviews on their website are fantastic, surprise, surprise! Even orders sent abroad get there in time....but not yo a postcode her......you live and learn, but I'm not giving up. I'll ensure I get a refund!! Never, ever again!
