Felt I had to update my post from yesterday. Serenata apologised again, and quickly offered a full refund. They assured me the flowers would still be ok despite the delay, and they were. They were well packaged and not wilting at all.
Serenata have redeemed themselves quite a bit, but I still wish so much that my friend had got her flowers for her birthday.
