I ordered a bouquet for a special anniversary it was never delivered, even though I was repeatedly told up to late last night that it was with the courier. It has caused me a great deal of embarrassment, I had to ask my sister in law in the end had she received some flowers, which then spoilt the surprise. I have now had to cancel the order, and will never use this florist again, or would I recommend them to anyone.
