I ordered the flowers to be sent for my parents' wedding anniversary. I specified that, if they were not home, the delivery should be left on the doorstep. However, I received a "delivery failed" notification... Unless the delivery driver did not know what a doorstep was, I cannot fathom why this happened!
The company is incompetent. Drooping flowers left for over 24 hours in a box, delivered the day after such a special occasion is far from the service I expected.
Please spend your money elsewhere to avoid special occasions being ruined!
