I hastily ordered some flowers for a VIP client of mine. Big mistake to choose Serenata. No telephone number for emergencies, no flexibility in changing the address the day before - then told new address was out of area!!! Appalling and a total waste of money. Just find a friendly local florists - that is what I ended up having to do - so total outlay was near £100 in the end.
