Ordered flowers fo my sick Sisters 82 Birthday. Order placed Friday noon for delivery Sat -all day. They sent me a mail 10am Saturday stating flowers had left theshop and were on their way to desitination. 4pm no flowers- they never arrived. I had now news from Serenata and when I contacted them via their evasive type of web site e-mail system I was tol sorry they were damaged in transit.!! They had not bothered to tell me this I had to delve to find out. When they learnt the flowers wer "damaged" they did not replace them automatically as a professional flower delvery service should and would have. Now I have to seek a refund. These people are a huge joke if indeed not a scam of some kind and certainly should be banned from pretending to be a floer delivery company with as they claim a 93% satisfaction level. Steer clear of these people at all costs.
