I placed my order on a monday at 11.30 for delivery the following day. I expected an afternoon delivery becasue you have to pay extra for a pre 10am or 12pm delivery. At 2.30 I emailed them to advise I made a mistake on the delivery date and it was the following tuesday i needed delivery. The immediate response was sorry we have already processed oyur order and it cannot be changed! As there were still close to 24 hours before delivery I was shocked! This meant my flowers were prepared 24 hours before delivery so already a day old... I explained my situation, but to no avail! I will phone a local florist direct next time!!
