Ordered flowers on the 14th of the month for same day delivery with guaranteed same day delivery (costing an extra 6-99). Nothing else heard until an e-mail on the night of the 19th saying that there had been a delay (some delay!!!!) and what did I want to happen next.
Next a phone call from them on 20th in which I was told I'd been contacted by phone and e-mail to let me know of the delay on the afternoon of the 14th. As I have phone logs and kept all e-mails since 12th I can categorically prove that they have not contacted me by either means.
Asked for a full refund ---- I wait with baited breath for the next instalment of poor excuses!
Prior to this I've had good service from Serenata. But following their outright lies I will not use again. Suggest you don't touch them either.
