Although an email and text was received stating that the order had been delivered, it clearly has not been. I wouldn't mind if the address was incorrect, however having used them on several other occasions and those were successful something here is not right!
I have tried to contact them by text and email, but to no avail, the next thing will be to contact the bank to reverse the charges.
This is a company I will never use again. A customer service that is so highly trained that don't get in contact, yeah, pull the other one!
