I ordered xmas flowers and chocolates for my elderly unwell parents, requested Dec. 24th delivery, nothing arrived, contacted Serenata online, received an apologetic email, I requested re-delivery for today Dec. 28th and still nothing has arrived.
This is extremely disappointing, I have requested a full refund as the moment has now passed and I just don't trust them.
This is not the kind of service I expect when spending almost £50. I will not be using them again or recommend anyone I know use them.
