Same story as all the other poor people who have been conned by this "company".
rubbish quality etc etc . They will only accept contact by their on-line form. If you try to reset your password - the link doesn't work......they do not want any contact apart from your money. Criminal and upsetting for the recipients.
They must be laughing their socks off when they read these complaints....conned by a glossy web-site.
Any tips on how to get a refund please ?
