I ordered 12 red roses for my wife's birthday. I paid extra for a next day before 1pm delivery. They arrived three days later crushed and damaged. I am in the process of trying to get a refund, but after reading other comments I have my doubts if I will. Serenato are always advertising there flowers on social media perhaps they should put more in too customers care instead .
