Basket of flowers was meant to have four plants in it but arrived with three plants only and the gap was filled with moss. When taken inside the house it inevitably fell over. The plants had to be re-potted. Spent ages trying to complain. There is no customer telephone complaints. The e-mails were all stored on the website but not easy to find. They kept saying they could not open the pictures for security reasons etc. The only company who can't open a 'jpg' file, really?. They offered to send another basket free of charge. Second basket had same problem, unbalanced and only three plants. Neither basket looked like the picture on the website. Don't use this company or you will also learn the hard way not to trust them a second time.
