Valentines Day Card for a very special lady
I simply wanted to amend the card on my order as I had mistakenly signed the card with my name twice. Their is no integrated facility on their website, the Edit Button does NOT Edit, their customer service provide unhelpful automated responses
Despite me being well within the Editing Time Frame they refused to help me.
I am absolutely disgusted,
I expect a full refund and an apology.
