Shocking service! Avoid at all costs!!!!
Order Valentines flowers over a week ago. Tried to change the delivery address with 4 days to go. I had ordered from 4 different websites and with teh other 3 it was a very simple process but not with Serenata Flowers.
You can do it on the website apparently but it wouldn't work and then locked me out. I requested a new password and they sent me a new link to a dead url. I repeated the process 3 times and then filled out a customer care request. I was contacted the next day and after a frustrating exchange of messages was basically told that even though the courier did not have the flowers (Remember this was 3 days ago) they couldn't change the address as they were too busy, did I not realise it was their peak season!
The clearly hadn't processed them so I asked could I not just cancel and then reorder as I could still order flowers to reach my wife even the day before and I had 3 days, of course the answer was no as they have my money now. I was then promised they would call the courier first thing on Tuesday to redirect and would let me know. The reason they needed to wait till Tuesday morning was because that was when they gave them to the courier? So why couldnt they change the delivery address!!!!
Tuesday morning (Valentines day) arrives and I have not been contacted. I have made several complaints to their team and filled out several customer care forms of which I have had no reply. I have now asked for a manager to call me back and guess what, they haven't.
To add insult to injury they just sent me this "Jazzed up like the King in a fancy white outfit, the flowers you ordered have just departed the Serenata HQ and are being chauffeured in style and with the speed of light" yes but to the wrong bloody address!
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. IT IS CLEAR FROM THE OTHER REVIEWS THAT THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT SERVICE AS THEY DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO REPLY.
