If I could give a zero star rating I would, absolutely disgusting customer service, I ordered some flowers for a relative battling cancer,unfortunately the ward didn't except flowers do I went to cancel my order but it won't allow you to do that on line, so I emailed serenata flowers only to be told it was too late and they would deliver to another address, only to be told that they do not deliver to the new addresses or area. I don't know anyone else local to the original delivery address, I wasn't offered a refund. Shocking customer services, no phone call, no nothing... avoid this company at all cost. I wish I had donated this money to charity.
